5 Tips For Better Sleep
Hi readers! I am Back With some tips for good sleep. I will give 5 tips. Let's start.
5 Tips For Better Sleep
- Wake up at the same time every morning even on weekends.
If you have to wake up every weekday at 6 a.m. for work, but you sleep in until 9 a.m. on the weekends, that's going to disrupt your sleep-wake pattern (circadian rhythm)(A circadian rhythm is a natural, internal process that regulates the sleep-wake cycle).
- Spend some time in the dark.
Be careful about how much time you spend sitting in bright rooms before bed. When we are exposed to light in the 8 hours before bed, 99 percent of them saw a delayed release of melatonin, making it more difficult to fall asleep. Melatonin is a hormone secreted by pineal gland.
- Make reading part of your nightly routine.
Reading reduces stress levels by 68 percent—and the less stressed you are, the easier it is to fall asleep.
- Keep electronics out of the bedroom entirely.
Spending two hours on devices with backlit displays suppresses melatonin by approximately 22 percent, thereby making it harder to fall asleep.
- If you share a bed, get separate blankets.
You might feel that the blanket is not sufficient when you sleep in same one. You would toss and turn. For that if you had a separate one you could sleep well.
Hope you all liked. See you in the next post.
And also I did not forget that tomorrow is children's day(Birthday of Nehru) (14th November). So, in advance
Happy Children's Day
And it also Diwali. Hope you have a green and cracker free Diwali This year (including me). Once again in advance,
